AI transformation
AI inside the workflows your team already runs
The useful part of AI is usually in the steps people repeat every day: reading emails and documents, copying data between systems, answering the same questions, writing the same drafts. We find those steps, connect AI to your data and tools, and keep a person in charge of every decision that matters.
1
Find the repeated work
We sit with the team and list the tasks that take hours every week, and the data behind each one.
2
Connect AI to your data and tools
We wire the model to your CRM, inbox, documents or database, with the same permissions people already have.
3
Automate the step, keep a person in charge
AI reads, sorts, fills in and drafts. Someone on your team approves anything that leaves the company.
4
Measure, then extend
We measure time saved and errors caught on the first workflow before moving to the next one.
What this looks like
Incoming emails, invoices and forms read, sorted and filed into the right record
Answers from company data in plain language, with tables and charts
Drafts for replies, offers and listings, ready for a person to approve
Claude or ChatGPT working inside your product through an MCP server
Bekki is an AI assistant inside Bettermile's Back Office, built as part of the GLS AI transformation. Operations staff ask about tours, parcels and depot performance in plain language and get streamed answers with charts and tables from live operational data. Queries are read-only and run with the user's own permissions, and the same tools are published as a remote MCP server so Claude can query Back Office data directly.
Questions about tours, parcels and depot performance in plain language, answered in the user's language
Streamed answers (SSE) that show the thinking steps, inline charts and tables, and the data source and its freshness
Read-only MCP server: every tool call runs as the signed-in user, and personal data is filtered out before it reaches the model

Saneo
Doctor booking for patients and clinics in Albania
Patients in Albania use Saneo to search doctors by specialty and city, see open slots and book a visit in person or by video. Doctors and clinics use the same product for their shared calendar, patient charts, reminders and a public booking page.
A patient in Tirana finds a cardiologist on the map and books tomorrow's 11:30 slot from their phone.
A receptionist at a clinic sees every doctor's day side by side and confirms new online requests.
A doctor reads a patient's past visits, notes and lab files before the appointment.

ALProperty
Listings website and agent CRM for a Durrës agency
ALProperty is a real-estate agency in Durrës. We built its public website, where people search listings on a grid or a map, and the CRM its agents use for listings, buyers, sellers and new-build developments. Both run on one Nuxt and Firebase codebase.
A family looking for a rental in Durrës filters by neighbourhood, type and price, then checks the results on the map.
An agent writes a listing in Albanian and it appears in five more languages without manual translation.
The sales team moves each buyer along a Kanban board, from first contact to closed deal.

USA College Sport
Recruiting platform for European athletes aiming at US colleges
A rebuild of the platform for an agency that has placed European student-athletes in US colleges since 2015. Players build a profile and turn full match videos into a highlight reel. College coaches search players by position, class year, GPA and game film.
A football player in Genoa pastes a YouTube link to a match, tags their best plays and gets the clips back already cut.
The player trims, names and orders the clips, and the system renders a highlight reel with a circle on them.
A college coach filters players on a clickable pitch by position, class year, height, GPA and level, then adds them to a shortlist.

CircleOn.me
Circle yourself in game film for college recruiters
CircleOn.me is a browser tool for student athletes making recruiting videos. They paste a YouTube link or upload game film, click on themselves at each key play and get back an MP4 with freeze-frames, an animated circle and optional music. There is a free tier, and paid plans run through Stripe.
A high-school player circles themselves in a full match so college coaches can follow them on every play.

The Quiz Master
Pub-quiz hosting app that AI assistants can write into
Quiz Master is a web app for running pub-quiz nights: build the running order, rehearse it, then present it full-screen while scoring teams from a control panel. Its MCP server lets AI assistants such as Claude or ChatGPT write quizzes directly into the host's library. Ask for "a 3-round pub quiz on 90s football" and the finished quiz appears in Quiz Master, ready to host.
A pub quiz host asks Claude for a themed night and gets a full quiz with rounds, answer reveals and a scoreboard.
A host builds a picture or music round in chat, and the assistant finds the files and imports them into the app's storage.
A host reuses questions from their own bank across quiz nights, and an edit shows up in every quiz that uses the question.

Touchdown (tdown.live)
Flight tracker for picking someone up at the airport
Touchdown follows one flight and tells you when it lands and when to leave to pick someone up. You type a flight number and share the link, and everyone sees the same countdown, the plane on the map and a pickup plan. It runs on the web at tdown.live and as iOS and Android apps.
Someone shares a tdown.live link in the family chat, and everyone at home watches the same countdown to landing.
A driver heading to the airport sees the drive time from their location and when to leave, with a buffer they can adjust.
With push alerts on, you hear when the flight departs, when it is about to land, when it lands and when it is time to leave.
Landing page: search by flight number, route or city. No app, no sign-up.
A tracked flight on the phone: LH1832 Munich to Tirana, live on the map, landing in 42 minutes.
Flight details: countdown, progress, scheduled vs. estimated times, terminals and gates.
Pickup planner: drive time from your location plus a buffer gives the time to leave.

Pushim.al
Holiday offers from Tirana and Durrës agencies, compared
Pushim.al gathers the holiday offers that travel agencies in Tirana and Durrës publish on their websites, Instagram and Facebook, and turns them into one searchable catalogue. Travellers compare price per person, dates and agency, then book directly with the agency.
A family filters beach holidays under €500 per person for August and compares agencies on the same trip.
A traveller in Tirana opens the last-minute page to see departures in the next 14 days.
Someone planning a city break to Rome sees every offer, the cheapest price and the next departure.
We bring AI into the work your team already does: emails and documents read and filed, answers from company data, drafts prepared for a person to approve, and assistants inside the tools people open every day. Every answer respects who is asking, and personal data stays where it belongs.
We build web platforms where different kinds of users meet: patients and doctors, players and coaches, agents and clients. Booking, calendars, map search, payments and multilingual pages that search engines index, in one codebase we write end to end.
We build CRMs, admin panels and internal tools that follow the way your team already works. Leads, clients, listings and tasks move out of spreadsheets and chat threads into one place the whole team can open.
We build apps for iOS and Android, native in SwiftUI where it matters and from shared web code with Capacitor where it doesn't. You get one studio that writes the app, the backend behind it and handles the store release.
Many clinics, agencies and offices still run on the phone, a paper diary and a WhatsApp group. We move one process at a time online, from bookings to client records to the website people find on Google.
An MCP server lets AI assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT read and write in your product on behalf of a signed-in user. We design the tools, the sign-in and the permissions, and run it as a remote server your users connect with one URL.
One studio for the data model, the interface and the launch
Red Zone Labs is a software studio based in Berlin. We design, build and run web platforms, mobile apps and AI assistants, and we take a product from the first sketch to paying users.
The studio was founded by Redon Cela, a senior engineer with 12+ years of building for the web. Redon also works at Bettermile (part of GLS) on last-mile delivery software used by depots and drivers across Europe, and leads the work on Bekki, its AI assistant. Before that came six years in Genoa: full-stack developer at USA College Sport, frontend developer at eXact learning solutions, and freelance work for local businesses.
We also build and run our own products: a healthcare booking platform, a real-estate site with its own CRM, a flight tracker with native apps, an AI-powered quiz tool. We care about the whole thing: the data model, the UI details, SEO, the App Store listing and the support email afterwards. If your idea is still a napkin sketch, let’s talk.
